Guests must be at least 21 years of age with government issued photo identification to check in at Nesva Hotel.
When is check-in?
Nesva Hotel's guaranteed check-in time is at 3PM (EST). Should you need earlier accommodation we are happy to assist, however an early check-in charge may be applicable.
When is check-out?
Check out time is at 11AM (EST). Requests for late check out will be handled based on hotel availability and an additional charge may be applicable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, checks (required 30 days before check-in) and cash at Nesva Hotel. Checks are not accepted at check-in.
Do you charge taxes?
The total tax on a New York City hotel room is 14.75% plus the flat fee of $3.50 USD per day. This is a mandatory tax collected by New York State and City.
Do you Guarantee a reservation?
A valid credit card guarantee, deposit or pre-payment is required at the time of booking to hold a room on your behalf.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled by 3PM (EST) on the day prior to arrival to avoid a charge of 1 night's room and tax to the credit card guaranteeing the reservation. When full payment is required in advance, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay unless you change or cancel your reservation within the requirements of the type of reservation. During certain travel periods, such as holidays and special events, a minimum stay may be required. For minimum length of stay reservations you will be charged for the entire reserved stay if you check out prior to the reserved departure date. Please note that any change in your reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees. For further clarification, refer to the reservation confirmation to verify the cancellation policy.
What is your Early Departure Policy?
If modification is not given to Nesva Hotel within 24 hours of departure, an early departure fee will apply to guests checking out prior to the reserved departing date.
What is your Deposit/Payment Policy?
A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If guest is paying cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax plus $200 USD per stay towards incidentals will be collected at check-in. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel's reservations department at least 72 hours prior to guest's arrival. Our Reservations Department is open 24 hours. What is your ADA Policy?
Ada Accessibility features include the following: accessible entrance, accessible route to guest rooms, accessible Double guest rooms, 36" door width, roll-in shower with grab bars. Do you have a Baby Crib?
A Baby Crib may be arranged for King rooms only for a $20 USD per stay charge plus taxes. This service must be arranged 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Maximum capacity of baby cribs per room is one. All children over 12 years of age will be considered as an adult.
Do my children stay free?
Children 12 and under are free in room with one Paying Adult in existing bedding. All children older than 12 will be considered as an adult.
What if I have an extra adult in my room?
An extra person charge of $15 USD per night plus taxes will apply during your stay.
How do I access Nesva Hotel's Wi-Fi?
Locate Nesva Hotel and enter the password given to you at the front desk.
Where is the nearest subway stop?
As you exit the hotel, you have two options. The nearest station is the 39th Ave - N/W station (as you leave the hotel, turn left and walk to the intersection, turning right and walking 2 blocks towards the above ground train station). This station will take you to Midtown Manhattan in approximately10 minutes. For more information about nearby subway stops, as well as easy methods of getting around Manhattan, please contact a Front desk agent.
What are good places to eat/have food delivered?
Many wonderful types of food can be found in the area for dining, carryout or delivery, and many local businesses have menus located at the lobby front desk. Speak with a member of our staff about personal recommendations.
Am I allowed to smoke?
Nesva Hotel is proud to be a smoke-free facility, and all smoking must be done off premises according to New York City Law. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas. If caught smoking in one of our rooms, a cleaning fee will apply.
How would one get a taxi? What is the cost?
Taxi service is available at the Front desk. For information regarding reserving taxis and taxi fare, contact a front desk agent. Rates change depending on time and destination.
Is Parking Available?
On-site parking is available at Nesva Hotel. Parking cost is $45 daily and allows in and out privileges.
Do you have a Mini Refrigerator?
Every guest room at Nesva Hotel is equipped with a mini refrigerator.
What is your Alcohol Policy?
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
When does Housekeeping service my room?
We provide housekeeping service everyday between the hours of 9AM to 5PM.
Do you offer Equipment Rentals?
Nesva Hotel provides Umbrellas and European outlet plug adaptors upon request for a refundable deposit of $20 USD.
Can I have a personal package delivered?
Each reservation is allowed two complimentary incoming packages that are less than 5lbs. Nesva Hotel can only hold incoming packages for guests 24 hours prior to the arrival date of the reservation, due to limited storage space. All incoming packages will be returned to the sender if the package is held in storage more than 24 hours. We highly recommend scheduling your delivery date accordingly (preferably during your stay).
What if I lose something?
Nesva Hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. All rooms are equipped with in-room safe. Should any guests lose personal belongings while staying at Nesva Hotel, if recovered, the item will be recorded as 'found'. Nesva Hotel keeps detailed records of all 'found' items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the hotel's guest room after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship items back at the owner's expense. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
Can I store my luggage after check-out?
The concierge will store luggage before check-in on the day of arrival and after check out time on the day of departure. If you would like to store luggage after departure, the cost is $10 USD per luggage, per day.
Can I bring my pet?
Nesva Hotel does not allow pets due to concerns that some guests have allergic reactions towards pet dander and due to the threat of ticks and fleas.
What is your General Policy?
Nesva Hotel has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. Nesva Hotel may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest room in the hotel and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent rooms while the damage is being repaired.
